Restaurant Manager

Katch-Up Seafood Grill & More in Margaret River is seeking a Restaurant Manager.  Katch-Up is the only seafood restaurant in Margaret River and offers a contemporary, innovative cuisine.  As we intend to keep the restaurant open seven days a week in the future, the position for an experienced, qualified Restaurant Manager with a current RSA certificate as well as a valid MLP1 card is available immediately.

Do you have experience in managing a small, upmarket restaurant?  Do you have a high level of presentation and customer service?  Are you confident to handle day-to-day operations of all restaurant dining services?  Do you have excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills?  Do you have a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills?  Do you have a high POS proficiency?  Are you eager to learn with the desire to be the best?  Do you serve with a smile even when you are under the pump?  Are you honest, reliable and punctual?  Do you have an eye for details?  Are you passionate about fresh, local food and excellent wines?  Do you have a current RSA certificate AND a valid MLP1 card?  Are you available to work 5 nights a week including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and possibly a mix of both days and nights?  Would you like to work long term in Australia’s Top Awarded Tourism Town within one of the best wine regions of the country with some of the most pristine beaches on the planet, where every year the world’s unique Gourmet Escape takes place?

CHEF

Katch-Up Seafood Grill & More is the only seafood restaurant in Margaret River.  It offers a contemporary cuisine with a European touch in a casual ambiance.  We are currently seeking an experienced, talented chef for our kitchen team.  You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and all related duties.

Are you passionate about fish, seafood and French Mediterranean cuisine? Do you enjoy working with the best seasonal and local produce?  Are you a self motivated, creative and innovative person?  Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills and a good time management?  Are you honest, reliable and punctual?  Would you like to to work in Australia’s Top Awarded Tourism Town within one of the best wine regions of the country with some of the most pristine beaches on the planet, where every year the world’s unique Gourmet Escape takes place?  Then we would love to meet you!  Previous experience in a small, casual but fine dining restaurant will be highly regarded.
